These Terms of Service govern participation in UK Sourcing Expo 2026 and all services provided by Glint Media Group, Dehradun. By booking a stall, registering as a visitor, or engaging our B2B platform services, you agree to these terms.
Stall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Verbal confirmations, email expressions of interest, or WhatsApp messages do not constitute a confirmed booking. Stall assignments and numbers are subject to availability and organiser discretion.
A Proforma Invoice will be issued upon booking request. Stall is confirmed only after payment is credited to Glint Media Group's bank account and a receipt is issued.

Partial payments may be accepted at the organiser's discretion. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at 18% applicable on stall fees.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to stalls@uttarakhandsourcing.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval.
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their stall within the allotted time. Stall setup must comply with venue safety regulations. Exhibitors must ensure their display materials, products, and staff conduct are professional and lawful.
Glint Media Group is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibitor property, products, or equipment during the event. Exhibitors are advised to arrange their own insurance if required.
Glint Media Group reserves the right to change venue layout, stall positioning, event dates, or event format due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to government orders, force majeure, or venue unavailability.
Exhibitors will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes. In case of event cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
Visitor registration is free and open to business professionals, buyers, dealers, distributors, and institutional purchasers. Glint Media Group reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors who do not meet the B2B profile of the event.
Visitors attend at their own risk. Photography and videography are permitted for personal and business use only — not for commercial redistribution without prior written consent.
All marketing materials, website content, branding, and event collateral are the property of Glint Media Group. Exhibitors grant Glint Media Group permission to photograph and publish event content including stall displays and brand logos for promotional purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
